Staying as active as possible in the sports I love helps me mentally and physically, keeps me feeling youthful as age is simply a number. 

I love being a dad to my son Van, I never pushed things on him, I offered them to him take it or leave it style but with such a huge family that shares these passions it was a given that he would gravitate this way. I love helping him with school and I always remind him that it’s work before play and that doing well in school allowed me to go to the mountains on the weekends. His energy keeps me going.

Man, grew up in a huge family, moved around a bit, did whatever my older brothers did and was given skateboarding, snowboarding and surfing because of them. 

On a snowboard it’s a sitch backside 180 because I always loved looking down between my stance at the ground below me. On a skateboard I would have to say blunt variations 

Big bear, mtn high are and always have been my local mountains but this planet is full of incredible spots.
