FREE SHIPPING in the USA | In Stock
Maine, New York, North Carolina, Idaho, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota and Ohio are all restricted states for ingestible CBD products. Please reach out to us if you are in these restricted states and would like CBDayz topicals (only if they're legal in your state).
Due to various curfews imposed across the United States, carriers are experiencing reduced pickups and adjustments to their regular processing schedule. Please expect carrier shipping delays during this time but feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions.
COVID-19 Shipping Update
COVID-19 still sucks. Currently CBDayz is still shipping out orders across the USA as per normal. We are on occasions experiencing delays with orders to some locations. If a courier deems your location unsafe to deliver to, your order may be returned or held until safe to deliver. Unfortunately this is out of our control, but we will do what we can to help.

If you have placed an order to one of the affected areas and your order is on hold, you can either reserve your order or you can cancel and we will refund your order if it has not already shipped to your location.
International (not the USA)
International shipping is only available in legal states of the USA at this stage. We are staying at the forefront of R&D in Canada, Australia, United Kingdom and Europe but currently these countries are not possible to order or ship from.
Your tracking number will be automatically emailed to you when the order is shipped. This is generally between 1 to 3 days after you have placed your order.
Black Friday/ Cyber Monday/ Christmas/ New Years
Due to the increased volume of orders, please allow for a couple of extra business days on top of the expected delivery date to receive your order. Your order will still ship out with the shipping method you selected at checkout, however our warehouses and courier companies are inundated at this time.
You will usually received your order in around 2 to 10 business days. Please note, during peak times of the year, such as Black Friday/Christmas, there can be a delays especially if you choose the FREE shipping option or cheapest option. Express post will take priority and be delivered sooner than free postage.
International: Shipping usually takes around 1-2 weeks depending on your country, however some countries are slow and may take longer. This is out of our control unfortunately. Express shipping is always faster than the cheap option but does not guarantee delivery within a certain number of days for international shipments.
Multiple Items In Your Order
Our products are individually boxed and shipped separately. Therefore, different items in your order may arrive on separate days. Please allow a few days to account for this. We unfortunately have no control over items not arriving together, but hang in there, your items will arrive.
If your first item has arrived and you still don't have all your items after two weeks from the date of order, please contact our team and we will help you out and ensure you get everything you purchased.
There are no customs fees or duties for USA as we are made in the USA. Your country may charge customs fees or take additional time to process your items through customs. We do our best to avoid any delays or additional customs fees, however, we unfortunately have no control over these delays or additional fees. Most countries do not incur any issues at customs and are delivered smoothly. Unfortunately, if your country does charge you additional fees or delay the delivery, this is out of our control. Any additional taxes or fees are your responsibility.
If you want to know how much customs will charge you or why there is a delay in processing your order through customs, you will need to call the customs office in your country.
Out Of Stock
If you choose purchase an item that is out of stock, we will send you a follow up email with options for your order.
Option #1 Wait until the product is back in stock - If you choose to hold your order and wait for the out of stock item to go back into inventory and ship your order complete, this does not reserve any products that you have ordered. If you go with this option, you run the risk of other items in your order going out of stock.
Option #2 Ship you the products available now at no extra charge to you - If you choose this option we will release the available items in your order at no extra charge to you. Once the product is back in stock, your order will ship. This helps ensure that your entire order is received once we're back in stock.
Bulk orders are excluded from free shipping. Due to the fact that the products are being shipped in bulk, shipping costs stay relatively low. *Shipping costs on wholesale orders vary depending on where the order is being shipped to.*
